Is Punchpass for me?

Almost 15 years ago I met a Zumba studio owner who was tracking her attendances on index cards in a giant open box. Class attendance sheets were piled up - nothing was up to date, and she had no idea how her business was doing. That was the beginning of the idea that became Punchpass.

Today we see a different problem - the pendulum has swung too far the other way. Small studios paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars a month for complicated booking software.

The sweet spot is somewhere in the middle. Software that's simple for you to use, simple for your customers to use, and flexible enough to adapt to your business. Software that gets out of your way and just does the pretty simple job it was meant for in the first place!

That's what we've built and continue to improve at Punchpass. Today (15 years later!) we're used around the globe by a wide variety of small businesses who want reliable booking software that does the job, and then gets out of their way.

  • We believe we're in this together. Helping our client's businesses be successful is why we exist, and we value the long term relationship. We have clients who are STILL with us 14 years after we started.

  • We believe running a small business is really hard. Starting a small business and keeping it going is an incredible accomplishment, and we're proud to help support that effort.

  • We believe your data is yours. We provide easy access to downloading/exporting your data, and will help get any extra data out you might need. We won't hold your data hostage.

  • We believe in playing the long game. Punchpass is profitable, and has no venture investment. We answer to our customers…and that's it.

Who uses Punchpass?

Thousands of small, independent studios and class-based businesses around the world — across all kinds of disciplines. Punchpass started in Zumba and dance fitness, and then quickly gained many yoga, pilates, barre, and wellness based clients.

While fitness is still our largest market, we LOVE how many other types of businesses use us. Ceramics & pottery studios, dog walking/training businesses, wood shops, swim lessons, running coaches, kids classes, and physio/PT businesses who offer group classes.
