Momence used to be called Ribbon, which focused on online events (including but not exclusively yoga.) Punchpass started by helping small independent Zumba studios and has been a part of the fitness world for over 12 years.
Less expensive and NO credit card add-on fees
Where Momence really adds up is the extra credit card fees. On their Pro plan ($60/mo), Momence charges an additional 2.5% on top of standard Stripe processing fees. Their free Basic plan is even steeper — 5% charged to the business plus a 4% 'service fee' passed to your customers. Only the $199/mo Custom plan removes these markups. With Punchpass, you connect your own Stripe account and keep your standard processing rates with no added fees from us.
