Want to learn the fastest way to set a custom date range on any report?

Skip the clicking-through-the-calendar dance! Click into the date picker and just type your date range directly, like this:

Jan 1, 2026 - Aug 4, 2026

That’ll pull everything from the start of the year up to today in one shot, much faster than clicking through months one at a time:

Heading out on break? Extend passes & memberships in bulk!

Taking some time off and don’t want your customers’ passes or memberships ticking down while you’re away? We’ve got you covered.

Just head to Manage > Passes and Actions > Bulk Edit Active Pass End Dates, and you can extend passes and memberships. You can select just passes, just memberships, or change both! Just pick however many days you need, e.g. 7 days for a week-long break!

Did you know you can email waitlisted customers?

Head to Reports > ++Upcoming Reservations++ and simply type Waitlist into the search bar to pull up Waitlisted Reservations. You can then easily select and email the customers from the report:

Catalogs let you organize your passes, memberships, and gift cards into clean, easy-to-browse categories. No more long, jumbled lists for your customers to scroll through!

You can use our automatic categories or create your own custom ones (think “New Customer Offers” or “Private Training Passes”). Each category even gets its own share link so you can send customers directly to what they’re looking for.
