Absolutely. We host our service on Heroku, a leading web application host owned by Saleforce.com (one of the largest web software services in the world). All data is backed up daily and stored offsite automatically.

Can I get my data back out if I want?

Of course - it's your data. If Punchpass isn't right for you we will get you your data back in a friendly spreadsheet.

Is this an 'app' I get through the app store?

Nope - Punchpass is what is called a 'web app'. That means it is available on ANY web connected device that has a browser. There is never any data stored on your device, so it's safe if you ever lose or break it.

Can you import my existing customer list?

Sure thing! Contact us after you have signed up and we'll tell you how to get it to us.

Is there any long term commitment or contract?

Nope - Punchpass is a month-to-month program. If it isn't working for you for any reason you can cancel at any time and get your data out. We will miss you though!
