We’re excited to unveil a new YouTube series we have been working on for the past few months called Studio Life. It’s a series of bite-sized chats (5-10min long) where we discuss different issues that studio owners face. Owning a studio is a LOT…and we’re hoping our experience can help.
For example:
- Should you let customers video in class for social media?
- What kind of waitlist should you run?
- How to handle drop-ins who haven’t paid?
- A long time client keeps abusing our cancellation policy – what should we do?
- Should I credit our memberships if I leave town for a few days?
- And many many more!
Owning a fitness studio is a ton of work, and you are constantly bombarded with questions from customers & instructors on how to handle different situations. Luckily we’ve seen and thought about a lot of them!
