Trusted Access Customers Can Create Multiple Bookings

Customers who have been granted 'trusted access' by the business can now create duplicate reservations even if 'prevent duplicates' is turned on. This can be used to help with family accounts -- the primary person can be given trusted access so they can book for multiple children.
