Pass Expiring Soon emails now always sent

Now "pass ending soon" emails are sent regardless of whether the customer has another active pass. So if you offer different kinds of passes for your different class types, you are totally covered. As part of this improvement, we've also modified the email to show the other active passes a cardholder might have.
