Tickets can grant access to content collections

Tickets can now be used to grant access to specific collections of content. When ticketing is enabled for a course or series, a button will appear to manage access to the content collection. It's important to note that access to content is dependent on having a valid and active pass. Once the pass has expired or is full, content access will end immediately (i.e., when the class or series is over).
