Series reservations are more flexible

When a series has registered customers, and instances are added or removed, Punchpass will ensure that the reserved customers have reservations in any new instances added to the series. Reservations in a class that is removed from a series will remain, but they will not be considered part of the 'bundle' of reservations for the whole series.
