Improvements to Tickets

We made some small but helpful updates to our tickets feature. We've worked on being more consistent with how we handle passes and tickets. Now, tickets use the 'Show' view just like passes and have similar actions. Plus, you can delete tickets (even if they were paid through Stripe) without affecting customer reservations. We also made some improvements to the user interface when working with series tickets.
