Improved visibility for class/pass eligibility

We've added an "Eligible Passes #" button on top of the Manage Class page and an "Eligible Classes #" button on top of the Manage Pass page. This will be a good reminder -- we are trying to help clients remain aware of the eligibility of passes for specific classes.
