When a membership is paused, clients can now enter a date for the membership to automatically restart. A restart date is optional — it’s not required. This is only for pausing memberships that are currently active.

Businesses can mark videos as “pinned” so they rise to the top of the content library when viewed by customers. There is not a limit to the number of pinned videos. This is particularly useful for welcome videos or introductory content.

Since customers may sign up for online classes from many different locations, we now display the time zone to the class time for clarity. This applies to online classes only.

Latecomers can join you online! Punchpass tells them the class has already started but that they can still register & they will receive the link via email. The class itself will continue to show on the upcoming class schedule until 1 hr past when it starts.

Businesses can now embed just the next 2 days of class times — today and tomorrow — on their websites if they don’t want to show the whole schedule. This works well for a business’s home page, where room might be limited.

We updated the reservation system to eliminate the need for “matching”. All reservations received are now either automatically matched to an existing customer or they automatically create a new customer.

Instead of downloading to the desktop, we email the CSV to the company email address for added security.

Now when a business moves to “data hold” on Punchpass, the system marks all of the existing active memberships as paused.
