Now businesses can require customers’ phone numbers for pass sales and account creation — not just for reservations. This helps clients in various situations, including those who want to sell passes online via Punchpass & then schedule the privates afterward by contacting the client by phone. 

Canadian and Australian businesses can now pay for Punchpass in their local currency. Localized pricing assures consistent pricing from month to month and avoids any currency conversion fees on their credit cards

Now instead of “passes” and “memberships” being grouped separately on the public sales page, businesses can organize their passes & memberships however they prefer. Memberships are clearly marked as such to avoid confusion.

We resolved an intermittent problem when businesses reordered their pass list. Now when you drag & drop your passes in settings, they will reflect the order you choose on your public pass list.

We’ve added a “duplicate” notice on the attendance list if a customer is marked as attending the same class twice. This will help the instructor catch them if they were marked twice by mistake.

Enhancements make it easier for the public to click through the schedule to book.

Now we ensure that the “add to calendar” button for class reservations retain the established time zone for the class. This ensures that customers in different time zones always have the correct class time on their calendar. Especially important with online classes & customers attending from different places.

We removed access to past weeks/months on the public class schedule.

If a paylink is sent by the business to collect payment on a pass that has already been assigned, now the customer can add a discount code if they have one.

We updated the page design, after receiving feedback that businesses were clicking the wrong “save” button after uploading their logo.
