We mades some tweaks so customers who have unsubscribed to emails are clearly visible to the business.

This reduces the chance of any potential confusion if a business deletes then re-adds a class.

Now customers who are registered for an online zoom class can log in to see its URL. It’s a handy backup to the email they received.

If a business marks a membership as canceled on the wrong date, now you have the option to uncancel the membership so you can reset things.

Now you can initiate a private session right from your home screen & then choose who your client is. This is a great shortcut when you have a lot of privates.

Now you can extend OR reduce the time period for all of the active passes in your customer base. We also added the ability for you to choose a single expiration for all the active passes on your account. These will both be most helpful for minor tweaks for mass extensions made while on break.

Now a business can define an acceptable range of payment for a pass so customers can select and amount from the sliding scale & pay online.

For a no-pass attendance, we’ve made it easier to assign a customer’s existing pass to the attendance rather than assuming they need a new pass. Now you can choose existing or new.

We’ve added the ability to require customers to log in before they can purchase a pass or membership online. In the past, businesses could require account creation prior to booking, but not for pass purchases.

We’ve added flexibility so clients can decide whether or not to send reservation reminders based on the indidual class type. We highly recommend that clients set up reminder emails for online classes even if they don’t send them for in-person classes.
