There is now a way for businesses to help their customers who are having problems logging in. The ‘Fix Login Account’ action on the customer account page works some magic so you can easily fix a customer’s login.

The Punchpass Content Library isn’t just for videos anymore! Businesses can now upload PDFs to their content library too.

The ability to print names and phone numbers of everyone who booked helps with COVID contact tracing.

When a customer tries to book multiples into a series and duplicate reservations are permitted by the business, the request is now honored (if there are spots left). We warn them that they already have one booking.

When bookings are set to open a certain amount of time before class, we now base the opening on when the class starts. Previously, reservations would open at midnight.

Email bounces can sometimes be temporary. Now the “bounced” flag on a customer’s account in Punchpass is removed after a successful email is sent.

We fixed a glitch to allow businesses to click and go right to Stripe to see a client’s payment record.

Businesses now have access to re-subscribe customers who previously opted out of receiving automated emails from Punchpass.

We’ve added visibility to two different situations: (1) a membership that has been paused now shows WHEN the pause started, and (2) a membership that has ended or been canceled now shows its end date.
