We’ve fixed a reporting issue where revenue for a completed series was showing as $0 if ticketing had been used. The system now properly displays the attributed revenue in the Individual Class Report.

Now when a user modifies a pass price for a particular customer, we will recalculate the tax amount to correspond with the change. And if the tax settings are set to be added to the price, we also show a warning specifying that the price should not include taxes since the system calculates them at checkout.

Now after customers reserve a spot in a future class, the system will return them back to that same spot on the calendar. If someone is booking a series, we send them to the last date of the series.

Now you can opt to prevent customers from canceling a reservation in a class, on a course-by-course basis. Admins can edit a course to make this adjustment under the list of reservation options. The confirmation/reminder emails sent to the customer will not include an option to cancel the booking if it’s not permitted.

If a pass has had its ‘expiring soon’ reminder email sent, and then the admin extends the pass expiration so it is past the length of time where we would remind the customer, we will resend the expiring soon email when appropriate.

Attendance-only users can now see 10 days of classes in the future, and 10 days in the past (both were previously 3 days).

A fix has been put in place to correct tax calculations on sales where a fixed amount discount code is applied and where taxes are set up to be included in the sales price. The system had previously been applying the fixed discount amount to the total price instead of the pre-tax price, causing the tax amount to be slightly off on tax-inclusive sales.

Now business admins can choose when the pass ending soon reminders are sent, on a pass-by-pass basis. The choices are 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks. The default of 1 week remains. The option is found at the bottom of the passtype edit/create form.
