There is now a report/filter on the customer list to let you see what customer emails have been marked as bounced.

If a membership has not yet started, we now give admins the ability to modify the start date if needed. So if the customer decides to get started sooner....it is a quick change!

For clients who have a large # of customers in the system (10,000+) we now have a number of small improvements in place to help fix any lag time around displaying dropdowns, customer lists, etc.

We've shipped a change to how we link to & display individual classes in a series, to specifically address situations where the full series registration is full...but there are spots left in some of the individual classes that are part of the series. As always the goal is to help you fill your classes!!

The process around tracking your customer's unsubscribes from your marketing messages has been improved to make sure an unsubscribe from one client does not affect the sending ability of any other clients. Clients can now better manage their unsubscribed customers via a filter on the customer list.

Our IOS app is live in the app store! 🎉 While the functionality is essentially the same as the PWA, the IOS app is much easier to discover & install, and has push notifications.

We have completely rewritten the purchase flow code to improve the stability and performance of that code, to allow much quicker troubleshooting when something goes wrong, and to improve the speed at which we can improve/change it in the future.

We have improved the signature process behind our online waivers. Customers must now type out their full name to sign the waiver, instead of 'signing' with a digital signature pad. We also now save more metadata around the signature event to ensure compliance with esigning laws.

We've moved the video library over to being hosted and powered by Mux.com. This gives us much greater functionality to build on as we look to improve the content library. Over 25 terrabytes of data were moved!!

Customers can now test our native iOS app which includes push notifications, click here and download to test today!

Customers can now sign up for an account with their Apple login 🍏! This gives customers the ability to use the same login they use for Apple services for their convenience.

We've offered the ability to automatically rollover any leftover credits from a punchcard membership, but it was on an ongoing basis -now you can set limits!! When you select to rollover credits, you decide when rollover credits should expire (after 1 cycle, after 2 cycles, etc). Simply adjust the rollover expiration setting when creating or editing your memberships.

The Standing Reservations Report now includes a Finished Report! This report displays all completed or deleted Standing Reservations for your records.

If a customer has a card connected to their recurring membership, you can now securely save it to their account. This makes future purchases quick and easy!

Want to send a survey or follow-up email to class attendees after the class is over? Now you can do it automagically through Punchpass - setup the template, link it to one or more class types, let us know how soon after class to send it....and we'll take care of it. This also works for series too! 🤩

Memberships can now be setup with a custom number of renewal periods before a customer is allowed to cancel. Memberships are often discounted based on the understanding that the customer is committing for a longer period of time - this update enforces that commitment!

Many clients require an account and a login to book. But what about events you host that are really lead magnets, designed to get new prospective customers to see what your business is all about? Now you can mark those events as 'open' so a prospect won't have to create an account to register. Make those lead magnet classes easy to book!

Customers (and admins) can now save their credit cards in their Punchpass profile to allow easier checkout and one-off charges. More details on this slick feature here!

Instead of the 'small / medium / large' options before, now you can modify text size based on standard 'sizes' right in the text editor. Go crazy with those text sizes if you want!

Clients can now bulk assign passes to their customers, either choosing all customers or people holding specific passes. Want to give all your membership holders a bonus pass or free admission to an event? Now it's easy!
