New Feature

Offer Passes for 1-Time Sale or New Customers Only

October 21, 2019


Now you can choose to sell a pass online only to NEW customers who’ve never purchased before — to help get new customers in the door! Alternately, you can limit a pass to be purchased only once per customer (special offers for new or existing customers). This feature applies to online pass sales from from your public pages.

New Report Shows Who Used a Specific Discount Code

We’ve added a way to see who purchased a pass using a particular discount code. Within “Manage Settings”, just visit Online Payments => Discount Codes and click through the link in the ‘Redemptions’ column to see who has used that discount code.

More Flexibility When Processing Refunds

Refunds can now be partially refunded when necessary. Pass and membership refunds are exclusively managed on the pass details page within a customer’s profile. Classes that were purchased with Prepay can be refunded from the Class Details page or the Online Purchases report.

New Feature

Allow your BEST clients to reserve without restrictions

You can now mark certain customers as ‘Unrestricted Reservation Access’ – this allows them to book into classes even if they don’t have an active pass (if your settings prevent that) and book into pre-pay classes. Keep your best clients happy by reducing their frustration around booking!

If a discount code was used to purchase a pass online, the administrative user can now see the promo code that was used on the pass that was purchased.

Reservation Block is Now Available

Now you can add a person’s email to a ‘blacklist’ to prevent them from making a class reservation. After you’ve blocked them (within your online reservations settings), they’ll be prevented from booking a reservation via your public Punchpass pages. However, if they contact you directly, you still have the ability to create a reservation for that person on the admin side of Punchpass.

Two New Email Notifications for Important Account Changes

September 27, 2019


Two new notifications have been added for your security: 1) If a NEW admin-level user is added to your company’s setup, Punchpass will automatically send an email notification to all admins on your account to let them know. 2) If any user with company-level login access (admin, restricted, attendance-only) has their email changed in your company settings, Punchpass will send an email notification to that user’s OLD email address.

ALL Punchpass traffic now is routed through the Cloudflare network ( https://cloudflare.com) This provides significantly enhanced security for our clients. It also provides improved performance, especially for clients in Australia/Asia.
