A couple improvements when you’re adding reservations for a customer from the admin side of Punchpass: if a class is full and has the option for a waitlist, we will let it be selected and a waitlist reservation is created. Plus we’ve added better labeling (which classes are booked, which ones are full and have a waitlist). So you can be informed while you’re adding those bookings!

You can now let your customers cancel their memberships themselves without contacting you. This is available on a membership-by-membership basis….which gives you flexibility. You can restrict customer self-cancel for memberships that give a big discount in return for a long term commitment, while enabling cancellation for rolling memberships with no end date. We’ll send you an email when a membership has been canceled by a customer.

Business admins now have the ability to modify or remove a membership’s restart date, without reactivating the membership. So as your customers request changes to their paused membership status, you can easily modify the membership to adjust to those requests. Life happens, and now you can roll with it a little better!

We used to just provide a list of dates to choose from when a customer moves a reservation. Now we also show what day of the week it is for added clarity.

Now when a business’ admin user deletes a series from their class schedule, Punchpass will also delete each of the class times that had been a part of the series (assuming there are no reservations).
