Now you have the ability to set a different registration window (when customers are allowed to book) for different class types. This helps you with a number of scenarios. Running a special event and want people to be able to book further in advance than normal? Have a different need for your appointments vs regular group classes? Now you’ve got a lot more flexibility!

We made a couple of fixes to series to make sure the series name is shown in the right places on the admin side of Punchpass. We also added a check so when a customer is booked into all individual classes in a series, the system recognizes that they have booked a spot in the whole series.

Now your customers have the ability to cancel their own series reservation. So they can log in and cancel a series booking just like they can currently cancel regular individual class reservations.

The location of the “Refund Payment” button and “View Charge on Stripe” link have been rearranged to make more sense. Also, there’s now a tooltip next to the “Refund Payment” button that explains that clicking the button doesn’t automatically issue a refund. They’re told they need to enter the refund amount first.

Now refunds that process through Stripe don’t have to be whole numbers. If the original charge included change, you can refund every penny.

Now you can see which discount code was applied to each online purchase!

Now we show your customers a count of how many videos are in each collection of your content library.

Now you can send emails to EVERYONE when you “select all” on a report. You don’t have to go page-by-page 🙂

We no longer include the text “This pass provides access to our content library” when purchasing a pass online. The text had been confusing to some customers.

When a customer loads the content library, we now show a thumbnail image. When they click through to the actual video, they can see it in full. This improves the performance and appearance of your content library collections.
