Now when a business’ admin user adds a standing reservation for a customer, they can see which instructor will be teaching each class. This helps the admin choose the correct class time for the customer’s regular booking.

We have greatly improved our calculations around revenue per class visit, even for unlimited passes that are not yet expired. This lets us assign an attributed revenue value to each individual class. Though it might not sound especially sexy, this is a big step toward helping you answer the most key questions you have around your business: Which specific classes bring in more revenue? Do classes offered on a certain day of the week bring in the most revenue? Which passes bring in the most revenue? This sort of information lets you plan for the future and optimize your business by trimming low producing classes & passes and introducing new ones. We’ll be rolling out more and more reports to help you visualize this data!

Now when you activate self-check in for your in-person classes, your customers can check themselves in by scanning a QR code with their phones. Touch-free check in! No need to touch that germy iPad 🙂

We’ve added a new Instructor Activities report that shows summary data for all instructors who taught in a specific time period. This gives you what you need in order to run payroll at a glance. For each instructor, we provide the total classes taught, total # of attendances for all classes, average attendance per class, and total attributed revenue for the classes taught.

Now you can let your clients book appointments through Punchpass! We’ve given you a bonus schedule so your clients can see available slots online without wading through your regular class schedule. And it’s fully customizable! Rename it to match your business. Training room appointments limited to 4 people per hour? Hourly privates available at 8am & 4pm each weekday? Appointments can help.

Now if a class is part of a series, we include public link to series on class details page from the admin side of Punchpass. This will let the business grab that link and promote the series online more easily.

Now you can add a text description for each of your content library collections. This makes it easier to categorize and highlight groups of your online content 🙂

We now send the email with the online class’ zoom link 35 minutes before class is about to start, and we show the link on the members login screen 30 minutes in advance. This gives your clients a bit more lead time as they get prepped for an online class.

Business admins can now download videos that were uploaded to Punchpass as part of the content library.

We’ve added an example of a full google analytics ID and a facebook pixel ID to the field where these are entered on the admin side of Punchpass. This adds clarity to the admin who’s entering these.
