From your admin login, you now have the ability to edit/delete class times directly from the schedule. You can choose a class and delete all future instances of that class. For example: If you choose to delete Goat Yoga at 3pm on Mondays on September 20th, it’ll delete every instance of that class starting September 20th and beyond. It won’t delete any individual class instances prior to September 20th. You can also move a class to a different time on the same day and/or change the instructor for the class and adjust future instances in the same way.

The customer’s page to cancel or move a reservation now has a button to go back to the class details. So a customer isn’t ‘stranded’ on this page if they decide not to change or cancel. 😊

Now when an administrator is marking a reservation as paid, they’ll see the discount selection as a % or $, based on the type of discount applied. The system previously showed only the % sign.

Punchpass now supports your efforts to create mutual respect with your customers by including the ability for you to store pronouns in each of your customer profiles. They can be added either by the admin (edit the customer) or by the customer (edit their profile when logged in.) Once they are added, they show up in the ‘Customer Info’ section and on your attendance pages.

We’ve opened up a new way for you to run your waitlist. You now have the option of changing the waitlist process so Punchpass automatically fills the open spot with the next customer in line. So the spot gets filled automatically and that customer is notified.
