When you’re on the admin side of Punchpass, it’s now easier for you to manage payment collection for a class that requires a ticket for attendance. You’ll see this when a customer has a reservation for a ticketed class — there’s a new “manage ticket” option. If you select this option, you’ll be able to assign the customer an unpaid ticket and then send them a paylink so the customer can pay for the ticket via credit card (or you can mark it as already paid via cash, check, etc.).

We fixed a problem where the last pass of a canceled membership wasn’t showing the number of credits available. The remaining credits available show correctly now.

We have re-added a reset button to allow customers to clear out filters from a public schedule. Note that we do not show this button on any embedded schedules, as these are often embedded purposely with assigned filters.

There had been a bug that showed up when a membership had a free trial and its start date was in the future when it was created, we had erroneous behavior when the membership was activated. Now fixed.

The Specific Pass Details report now shows whether a customer still has an active pass. We have removed the future reservation count from this report.

*Improvement:* Now you can set up and offer a free membership. So if you want to charge $0 for access under certain circumstances, you have that option.

*Major Improvement!* When one of your customers is logged into Punchpass and you require them to pay before booking, their workflow is now significantly improved. Their pathway from selecting a scheduled class, being instructed to pay first, then finalizing the registration, is seamless and lovely. The new process works for different types of scheduled activities (classes or series) and covers different types of packages you sell too (passes or memberships). It even works when the class is full and a customer must be added to the waitlist.
