Now you can have Punchpass send you a quick email when you receive a class reservation. We send an email for every reservation, so if you have a lot you may want to leave the feature off (it’s off by default.) But if you have small classes, or situations where a class is cancelled if people don’t sign up, then having immediate notifications is helpful.
Here’s how to enable it:
Go to Manage Account and click on Manage Reservation Settings…
Check off the box to receive the notification emails….
When you receive a reservation, we’ll send you an email that looks like this:
Note - we don’t send you an email if someone cancels a reservation, so be sure to check Punchpass before making any final decisions about a class.
