I've been feeling a bit reflective lately about Punchpass and our relationship with you.

Like you, we aspire to be more than just a "business" in the traditional sense.  We don’t want to just be a service provider -- we want to be your trusted partner.

Even though our relationship with you is virtual in many ways, it feels very real to us.  The people here -- my teammates and I -- care about you just like you care about your clients.  Across the miles, we offer you support and encouragement, and you do the same for us. We understand each other and relate to each other’s struggles.

But our ultimate goal is for you to not need us at all.

Let me clarify!

It's been said that the best customer service is when things just work — you don't need to pick up the phone and wait on hold for someone to talk to.  You don't need to stare at the screen and scan pages and pages of documentation to figure out how to do something.

We've developed Punchpass for your ease of use.  We want you to be able to figure it out as you go.  You have control & are in the driver's seat of your own business.  With our new design almost complete, we are getting ever closer to that goal.

But of course we're always available for questions at the click of a button.   And if you are looking to talk some things through, we can set up a call anytime.
