A new report is live today that shows you expiring passes. The report shows:
1 - All punchcards with 3 or fewer visits remaining
2 - All passes expiring in the next 10 days (Punchcards or Unlimited passes)
When a customer is coming to the end of their pass, it’s a perfect time to reach out to them and encourage them to come to class and/or renew their pass. A very successful Zumba instructor using Punchpass emails all her users when they get to 3 visits left and offers them a discount if they buy a new pass in the next few days. She says it works great!
It is a lot easier to keep an existing customer than to gain a brand-new one….yet most people spend the majority of their time marketing to new customers. Spend a little time focused on the customers who are at the renewal decision point. We think it will pay off for your business!
