Email Customers From Within Punchpass

You can now email groups of customers right from Punchpass. This functionality is available on all of the Customer reports (now all available from the View Customers screen) as well as the Expired/Expiring Passes report.

The animated gif below shows how it works. You choose a group of customers, or all customers, to email with the checkboxes. (Don’t forget you can sort the list by clicking on the column headers.) Then click the Compose button to show the form to write your email. Click send and you’re done!

Every customer receives an individual email, so you don’t have to worry about exposing your customer’s email addresses. Punchpass will also send you a summary report showing the message and listing all of the customers it was sent to - so you have something for your records.

This functionality is only available to Admin users, and is available on all Punchpass plans. We’re pretty excited with how this turned out - please let us know how we can improve it!
