We have added email reporting back to Punchpass, and it's significantly improved. We now show ALL email sent including transactional emails (reservation reminders, password resets, etc.) We also collect delivery statistics for any custom email you send. So you can see how many people opened the email about your big announcement. 😃 Helping you communicate with your customers is a primary goal of Punchpass - this update helps you see how you are doing!
Customers can now have multiple Notes. Before there was a single notes field, which made it difficult to see any progression if there needed to be a series of updates. Now with multiple notes it is easy to document multiple things in a customer's account.
You can now create 100% discount codes, which when applied will remove the need to enter credit card information to 'purchase' a pass. The big deal here is now you can offer 'free' passes for sale, for example for new customers to try your service.
The Online Purchases page and the Create Reservations page for customers have both been moved to the new design. The Create Reservations page now has much better functionality - the search bar allows an admin to quickly reduce the # of classes shown to make booking multiple classes easier.
Finally! 😃 Public schedules can now be filtered by the instructor name. So if you clients have a favorite instructor....this will make booking easier for them!
You can now change ‘Location’ for a class to be whatever you’d like, and customers can then filter based on that new classification. For example, ‘Class Levels’, ‘Intensity’, ‘Room’, etc. Allows you to customize your public schedule even more to YOUR business! Public schedules can now also be filtered by Instructor.
Clients who have Stripe connected to Punchpass to process payments can now create and distribute discount/coupon codes in order to let customers apply a discount to their purchase. Discounts can be used for passes, pre-pay class registrations, and paid series.
We have improved the data we show logged in customers to summarize the future reservations, as well as detailing how used up an existing membership’s pass is. All of this helps the customer understand the status of their pass with your business. Better customer information means fewer questions for you!
We have implemented a few different improvements to our search functionality, and customer reservation functionality, to significantly improve the speed of Punchpass (especially for clients with large customer lists and/or who are far away from the USA.)
All of the Reports in Punchpass have been moved to our new design. That leaves only a small part of the app left to be moved!
