Reservation Block is Now Available

Now you can add a person's email to a 'blacklist' to prevent them from making a class reservation. After you've blocked them (within your online reservations settings), they'll be prevented from booking a reservation via your public Punchpass pages. However, if they contact you directly, you still have the ability to create a reservation for that person on the admin side of Punchpass.

Two New Email Notifications for Important Account Changes

Two new notifications have been added for your security: 1) If a NEW admin-level user is added to your company's setup, Punchpass will automatically send an email notification to all admins on your account to let them know. 2) If any user with company-level login access (admin, restricted, attendance-only) has their email changed in your company settings, Punchpass will send an email notification to that user's OLD email address.

ALL Punchpass traffic now is routed through the Cloudflare network ( This provides significantly enhanced security for our clients. It also provides improved performance, especially for clients in Australia/Asia.

Clients can now stop all online payments if needed

Clients now have the ability to turn off all the payment forms for their Punchpass account if needed. This improves the security of the account, and provides more flexibility when first setting up Punchpass.

You can offer a FREE trial membership period

Punchpass now lets you create a free trial for your memberships -- so you can offer your customers the opportunity to try before they buy. In your membership setup, you decide how many days the trial should last. When your customer initially gets the membership, Punchpass just holds their payment information during the trial period. When the free trial is over, the customer's credit card is charged for the first time.

Punchpass will automatically retry the last unpaid invoice after a cc update

When a customer updates their credit card information, the system will retry the last unpaid invoice & will alert you of the result. This saves you from having to remember to check later. Note that Punchpass will only automatically retry the LAST invoice if it is won't go back to previous invoices from the past.

OLD unpaid passes can now be paid via Stripe after credit card is added

This is especially useful in a situation where a customer wants to convert to paying via credit card, but after the membership has started. Now the membership can be converted to pay via CC, and then the previous unpaid pass can be invoiced too.

You can end memberships immediately if required

Memberships that have been canceled can now be changed to finish immediately, which will also expire the current active pass. As an example, a customer's credit card fails, and they refuse to update it. Before it was difficult to 'stop' the membership immediately. Now once the membership has been marked 'Canceled' there is an option to finish it immediately.
