We’ve enabled four more Automations, to help you continue to build a light-weight marketing machine. Here are the added automations with a brief description of what they do and how you can use them. If you haven’t explored our Automations yet, check out our support documentation on how you can use them to help grow your business.
Here are the automations we’ve just added……
Birthday – Assign Pass
Just like it says on the tin – if it’s someone’s birthday, assign them a specific pass! A nice complement to our automation that sends a customer an email on their birthday. Many clients have requested this as a way to give customers a free class – now you can set up Punchpass to do it for you!
Inactive New Customer
This automation let’s you send an email template to a customer who signs up for an account and then….does nothing. 👻 If they haven’t booked a class or purchased a pass within the # of days you designate, we send them a templated email. Sometimes new customers get distracted – life gets in the way! This automation helps give them a nudge to get them back on track with your business.
Expired Pass Reminder
Punchpass already has a setting to remind your customers that their pass is about to expire (or become full.) This automation complements that feature, by letting you send them a templated email once their pass actually expires or fills up. Send them a new offer to renew their pass, or a coupon. Or just a thank you! This automation can be limited to specific passes (whichever you choose), so you can have different emails for different passes.
Come Back Pass
Expanding on the concept behind the Expired Pass Reminder, this automation lets you send the customer a templated email if they haven’t made a new purchase or booking within a certain # of days after their pass expired or was full. Just like other automations based on passes, you can choose which passes this automation applies to. You’ve worked hard to get new customers – make sure they keep coming back!
