Our clients can now use TWINT via Stripe Checkout to accept payments. TWINT is a mobile wallet popular in Switzerland.

Customers can now enter their referral source from their own customer profile view. This makes it easy to direct new customers to enter that information, and admins can easily track it in the New Customers list!

MailerLite is a popular email marketing service to send targeted email campaigns and professional, personalized messaging. With the Punchpass integration with Mailerlite, your customer list is exported and updated in Mailerlite to improve and automate your email marketing experience!

The Appointments schedule will now default to the next upcoming class date and will only display days for the week with appointments scheduled.

If you are using the Family Accounts feature, now when creating a pass or membership, you will select whether it can be used across the family or only for an individual. When a customer with children is purchasing a pass/membership with the individual setting, they will be required to select the family member it will be assigned to.

When you sell a membership online, the customer can select their preferred membership start date. We have added an option to turn this off and require memberships to be purchased and start on the same day.

If you do not wish to allow customers to move their reservations from one class to another, you can turn off the move functionality in your Online Reservations settings.

Clients can now add a custom message to the top of their appointments schedule. Include specific details you want clients to see before booking those separate offerings!

Instead of sending an email copy to customers when they sign the waiver, they can easily navigate to their profile and download their copy at any time!
