When a customer successfully purchases a pass or membership, we updated the success message URL to include the passtype ID. This way, you can use the pass IDs to track successful purchases using Google Analytics (or similar ad tracking software). Here is our detailed how-to!

Punchpass now supports discount codes for memberships! When setting up a discount code, you can decide whether it will apply to just the first membership period (entice customers to become members) or if it will apply an ongoing discount for each pay period (for options like student/senior discounts). Check out our updated Discount Code documentation for a detailed how-to!

We’ve release two new reports to help compare different classes. You can compare class performance at a high level (Yoga vs Pilates) or can compare at a more granular ‘day & time’ level. How is my Hot Yoga class at 9am on Tuesdays performing compared to the one at 1pm? Start digging into your schedule to see if the data matches up with what your gut is telling you!

We have added what we call Family Accounts – the ability for a parent (with just one login) to manage the bookings for themselves AND multiple children. All passes are still owned by the parent, and all communication still flows back to the parent. But now it’s MUCH easier to see which child is booked into what classes. Children have separate waivers, can have standing reservations, and the child/parent name are clearly shown when marking attendance or reviewing reports. We’re excited about this one! We’ve improved the ability for admins to see a detailed breakdown of how Punchpass calculated the revenue for an individual class. Just click on the link in the blue attributed revenue box, and we’ll show you each attendance, the pass used, and the revenue attributed from that pass.
