Punchpass is constantly being updated and improved! This is what’s new:

Improvement

Customers With Logins Report Has More Information

January 17, 2020

The “Customers with Logins” report now shows the number of reservations and attendances for customers with a login. So now businesses can easily see who has created an account but never reserved or attended a class.

New Feature

You Can Now Require a Signed Waiver to Book

January 15, 2020

Now businesses can require customers to sign a waiver before their customers are allowed to book. When it is enabled, a customer without a signed waiver will see a message with a button that leads them to where they can sign the waiver online.

New Feature

Hide the Spots Left Until There Are X Number of Spots Left

January 10, 2020

Now you can ask Punchpass to hide the number of spots left in a class until there are only a certain number of spots left. So if you want to show the notice when there are 5 spots left — but not when there are 25 — you can do that. NOTE – this is for the public schedules only. We always show the reservation count when a user is logged into the business side of Punchpass.

Improvement

Waitlist Now Visible on Client Dashboard

January 8, 2020

Waitlist status and figures are now shown on the Punchpass client dashboard, as well as the list view of your schedule. So clients can see it without having to click through to the class.

Improvement

Show Icon on Attendance List for Unpaid Pass

January 7, 2020

We now show a red icon with a $ sign if the pass used for attendance is not marked paid. Hovering or clicking will show the message.

Improvement

Day of Week Added to Class Instance

December 12, 2019

Now when you look at a particular class time, you’ll see the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) in addition to the numerical date.

Update

PUNCHPASS REDESIGN IS COMPLETE!

December 10, 2019

Introducing our new dashboard page! 🎉 With this final page going live, we’re thrilled to say that the redesign of Punchpass is now done. Don’t worry, though — we’ll never stop making improvements.

Improvement

Customer List Downloads Are Now Emailed for Security

December 9, 2019

When an admin user requests to download their customer list from Punchpass, the system now emails the list to the company email address. This is more secure than downloading it straight to the user’s computer.

Update

Self Service Improvement: Change Your Own Plan

December 6, 2019

Now businesses who use Punchpass can change their plans themselves. Just go to Settings => Billing to make your plan selection.

Improvement

Waitlist Movement Is Easier for You and Your Customers

December 3, 2019

Now you can move a customer from a waitlist to a regular reservation for that class in one click. When this is done, a Reservation Confirmation email is sent to the customer. We’ve also improved the way your logged-in clients see and claim an open spot when they are on the waitlist for a class. Now when they log in, Punchpass shows them the option to claim the open spot right on their home page so they can claim it easily. If they view the class details page, they’ll see the same button to claim the spot.
