If a business collects membership payments outside of the Stripe/Punchpass integration, they can now automatically set customer memberships to default to “paid” status at the time of each payment period. This helps ease the administration of manually reconciling them.

If a business requires a pass to reserve a spot class, a customer who is locked out of booking can now see the list of eligible passes for that class so they can buy and book more quickly.

Customers who have been granted ‘trusted access’ by the business can now create duplicate reservations even if ‘prevent duplicates’ is turned on. This can be used to help with family accounts — the primary person can be given trusted access so they can book for multiple children.

Punchpass admin users can now mark a pass as having a partial refund, even if the pass wasn’t paid for with Stripe. You can simply edit the pass and update the ‘Refunded Amount’ field.

The “Customers with Logins” report now shows the number of reservations and attendances for customers with a login. So now businesses can easily see who has created an account but never reserved or attended a class.

Now businesses can require customers to sign a waiver before their customers are allowed to book. When it is enabled, a customer without a signed waiver will see a message with a button that leads them to where they can sign the waiver online.

Now you can ask Punchpass to hide the number of spots left in a class until there are only a certain number of spots left. So if you want to show the notice when there are 5 spots left — but not when there are 25 — you can do that. NOTE – this is for the public schedules only. We always show the reservation count when a user is logged into the business side of Punchpass.
