We identified issues with ReCAPTCHA (the “I am not a robot” prompt) where some customers would experience issues logging in. We have replaced it with Cloudflare Turnstile, a product that quickly confirms that users are real people (often without them having to lift a finger!) And if we do need to verify someone, all they have to do is check a box. No more trying to figure out what part of a motorcycle you need to click!

ACH (Automated Clearing House) gives your US-based customers greater flexibility by enabling direct payments from their bank accounts. ACH may be automatically set to ON in your Stripe account, please review our detailed write up here! Otherwise, you may want to turn OFF accepting ACH from within your Stripe account.

We’ve expanded the edit class length feature to private sessions in Punchpass!

Users can create or edit an individual classtime to change the length from the class default. This is ideal for our users who are offering series with differing classtimes. Click here to learn more!

From the admin schedule view, we are now showing two weeks before the 1st day of the month and two weeks after the last day of the month. This should improve the user experience of looking at most recent/upcoming classtimes regardless of the time of the month.

If you offer punchcard based memberships, you can now set any unused credits to rollover to the next pay period! You can turn this on by membership type in Punchpass. Either set the rollover status when creating a new membership, or edit an existing one to automatically rollover unused credits!

Customers can now easily download PDF receipts for their passes with the full history of attendances applied! Receipts for current passes and full/expired passes are all easily accessible in their own account. Ideal for customers who need detailed receipts for insurance providers!

A new email template has been added – “Punchpass Launch Email.” This is our recommended template (that you can modify!) to launch Punchpass to your customer base. You can also use it as a base template for a ‘new customer’ email, to make sure they have everything they need to stay engaged with your business.

Standing Reservations is one of our most popular features – now we’ve applied that same magic to private sessions! If you teach privates, it’s pretty common to have the same client come each week at the same day/time. Now you can create a standing private session for them, which makes managing things much easier.
