‘Uncancel’ a Membership That Is Marked Future Cancel

If a business marks a membership as canceled on the wrong date, now you have the option to uncancel the membership so you can reset things.

We’ve added the ability to require customers to log in before they can purchase a pass or membership online. In the past, businesses could require account creation prior to booking, but not for pass purchases.

We’ve added flexibility so clients can decide whether or not to send reservation reminders based on the indidual class type. We highly recommend that clients set up reminder emails for online classes even if they don’t send them for in-person classes.

Canadian and Australian businesses can now pay for Punchpass in their local currency. Localized pricing assures consistent pricing from month to month and avoids any currency conversion fees on their credit cards

Now businesses can require customers’ phone numbers for pass sales and account creation — not just for reservations. This helps clients in various situations, including those who want to sell passes online via Punchpass & then schedule the privates afterward by contacting the client by phone.
