We’ve added an ‘Add To Calendar’ link to the reservation confirmation email that a customer receives after they book a spot in class.

This new option allows you to add custom text to inform customers about a policy they are agreeing to when they book. So you can ask your customers to accept specific terms before they reserve their spot in class.

We worked a little magic to make your logo appear more crystal clear on the header of your Punchpass public pages.

You can now sync your customer list in Punchpass with your marketing list in your Mailchimp account. So your new Punchpass customers to be automatically added to Mailchimp!

Now you may move a customer’s existing reservation up to 4 weeks into the future. There had previously been no limit, which was inefficient for the system. The workaround is to delete the reservation and create a new one.

When a customer tries to book multiples into a series and duplicate reservations are permitted by the business, the request is now honored (if there are spots left). We warn them that they already have one booking.

When bookings are set to open a certain amount of time before class, we now base the opening on when the class starts. Previously, reservations would open at midnight.
