On the admin side of punchpass, you can now clearly see the discount codes that are eligible for each pass. Just go to manage > passes > click on any pass. Eligible codes display at the bottom.

From the customer list, now you can filter to show customers without login access. So you can select and email all those folks right from Punchpass and encourage them to go ahead and create a login.

We’ve added an example of a full google analytics ID and a facebook pixel ID to the field where these are entered on the admin side of Punchpass. This adds clarity to the admin who’s entering these.

Business admins can now download videos that were uploaded to Punchpass as part of the content library.

When a private session is deleted on the admin side of Punchpass, we will now send a ‘reservation canceled’ email to the client. This is consistent with how we handle class reservations and adds a nice paper trail.

We’ve rolled out some improvements to your customers’ account portal! 🎉 When your customers log in, they land on your schedule page. From there, they can easily access their passes and bookings. BONUS FEATURE: You can customize the color theme for this area so it coordinates with your branding 🙂

On the admin side of Punchpass, we’ve moved the explanation about content access to a pop-up. This is simplify and keep unnecessary text hidden once you understand how it works.

Now businesses have the ability to limit content library access to a collection — a chosen subset of the content library.

If a customer has unsubscribed from emails, we now make it more obvious to you on the admin side — we highlight that information on the main part of the customer account page.

Now a business can choose to ONLY show the number of spots left on their public schedule when the class is completely full — so when there are 0 spots left.
