We’ve rolled out some improvements to your customers’ account portal! 🎉 When your customers log in, they land on your schedule page. From there, they can easily access their passes and bookings. BONUS FEATURE: You can customize the color theme for this area so it coordinates with your branding 🙂

On the admin side of Punchpass, we’ve moved the explanation about content access to a pop-up. This is simplify and keep unnecessary text hidden once you understand how it works.

Now businesses have the ability to limit content library access to a collection — a chosen subset of the content library.

If a customer has unsubscribed from emails, we now make it more obvious to you on the admin side — we highlight that information on the main part of the customer account page.

Now a business can choose to ONLY show the number of spots left on their public schedule when the class is completely full — so when there are 0 spots left.

We’ve added a new way for you to control access to your pre-recorded content: linking selected passes to collections in the Content Library. So if a customer has one of the linked passes/memberships, they’ll have access to the collection after logging in.

If a course is ‘Ticketed’, we prompt the customer to pay in order to register. The wording has been updated in this situation from “Purchase Pass” to “Purchase Ticket”.

There were some minor pieces of our Spanish translation that were missing. All cleaned up!

Now we will send an email to the Account Owner when Zoom is disconnected from their account. So now they get a heads up & can respond if the disconnection was unintentional.

When viewing class schedule details on the admin side, recurring free class times were labeled clearly but the individually created ones were not. The free label is now shown in all relevant situations.
