Display Eligible Discount Codes on Pass Type Info Page

On the admin side of punchpass, you can now clearly see the discount codes that are eligible for each pass. Just go to manage > passes > click on any pass. Eligible codes display at the bottom.

Improvement

You Can Now Download Any Videos You Have Uploaded

February 16, 2021


Business admins can now download videos that were uploaded to Punchpass as part of the content library.

Send a ‘Reservation Canceled’ Email When a Private Session Is Deleted

When a private session is deleted on the admin side of Punchpass, we will now send a ‘reservation canceled’ email to the client. This is consistent with how we handle class reservations and adds a nice paper trail.

Unsubscribed Flag Moved to the Top of the Customer Profile

If a customer has unsubscribed from emails, we now make it more obvious to you on the admin side — we highlight that information on the main part of the customer account page.

Improvement

Option to Only Show the ‘Spots Left’ When the Class Is Full

January 12, 2021


Now a business can choose to ONLY show the number of spots left on their public schedule when the class is completely full — so when there are 0 spots left.

Updated Wording for Ticketed Class

December 30, 2020


If a course is ‘Ticketed’, we prompt the customer to pay in order to register. The wording has been updated in this situation from “Purchase Pass” to “Purchase Ticket”.
