We no longer include the text “This pass provides access to our content library” when purchasing a pass online. The text had been confusing to some customers.

When a customer loads the content library, we now show a thumbnail image. When they click through to the actual video, they can see it in full. This improves the performance and appearance of your content library collections.

A couple improvements when you’re adding reservations for a customer from the admin side of Punchpass: if a class is full and has the option for a waitlist, we will let it be selected and a waitlist reservation is created. Plus we’ve added better labeling (which classes are booked, which ones are full and have a waitlist). So you can be informed while you’re adding those bookings!

You can now let your customers cancel their memberships themselves without contacting you. This is available on a membership-by-membership basis….which gives you flexibility. You can restrict customer self-cancel for memberships that give a big discount in return for a long term commitment, while enabling cancellation for rolling memberships with no end date. We’ll send you an email when a membership has been canceled by a customer.

Business admins now have the ability to modify or remove a membership’s restart date, without reactivating the membership. So as your customers request changes to their paused membership status, you can easily modify the membership to adjust to those requests. Life happens, and now you can roll with it a little better!
