Waitlists for Series are now live! Any Series created from a course that has waitlists enabled will automatically have waitlists. Waitlists for series work exactly the same as a waitlist for an individual class.

Customers are now able to see their membership renewal dates so they know when they’ll be charged again.

If a business is using the Punchpass integration with Mailchimp, we now show the Mailchimp ‘sync’ status if there are any issues with the email sync. If the sync was fine, then we show nothing. This new status field appears on the Active Customers list.

We’ve improved the list of attending customers so that it no longer includes no-shows. Customers who booked in advance but didn’t show up for class used to appear on the self-check-in list.

If an admin changes the renewal date of a Stripe-paid customer membership and reduces the period, Punchpass automatically creates a credit to be applied on the customer’s next Stripe invoice. But there are situations where a client wants to reduce the membership renewal period but NOT credit the customer. So now Punchpass gives you the option to remove that credit as you’re changing the membership period.

Now you can change the renewal date multiple times per period for a customer’s membership. So you have lots more flexibility when date shifting is required. (NOTE – ONE exception – you can only DECREASE the renewal period for Stripe paid memberships one time).

If it’s been 24 hours or more since a class took place, a warning label will let you know that you’re taking attendance in a class that’s already taken place.

We made a couple of fixes to series to make sure the series name is shown in the right places on the admin side of Punchpass. We also added a check so when a customer is booked into all individual classes in a series, the system recognizes that they have booked a spot in the whole series.

Now you have the ability to set a different registration window (when customers are allowed to book) for different class types. This helps you with a number of scenarios.
