Customers who have memberships not currently paid via Stripe can now transition their membership to credit card payment themselves when they log into Punchpass. They don’t need help from the client anymore to make that transition.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Punchpass mobile app! 🎉. We have built what is called a Progressive Web App (“PWA”). A PWA is just a special way to package a web application so it behaves more like an app installed from the app store but without any of the numerous restrictions that the app store creates (like taking 30% of your revenue!). Gift passes are now live and available to all Punchpass clients who are connected to Stripe! So your business can set up a gift card online and let folks buy it & give it to a friend who can easily redeem it online for a free pass to your studio.

Now businesses can now attach a single video to multiple classes. This makes it easier for you to reuse the same video in the content library for multiple purposes.

Now if an instructor leaves & then returns, you can view and reactivate the archived instructor.

We now show a warning to clients if a user is taking attendance on any day in the future. It is just a warning – we don’t restrict them.

Now we display the price of the ticket on the public page under all circumstances. Previously, we were not displaying the price of a ticketed class on the public page if a login was required for purchase.

If a customer already has a valid pass for a given class, the system no longer prompts them to buy one.

The ‘Add To Calendar’ functionality has been fixed so the dropdown should consistently appear when clicked.

Businesses can now change the price, period length, and tax settings for memberships. When any of those things are changed for a particular membership type, they will impact any existing memberships the next time those memberships renew.
