Want to share passes online but you aren’t using our Stripe integration? You can now share your “Purchase a Pass” page and guide customers with custom messaging! This will allow customers to see your passes and membership pricing on Punchpass. Plus, you can add links directing them to your preferred payment provider or explain how to pay in person.

You can now edit Standing Reservations to shorten, extend, or add an end date! This will automatically add/remove the reservations for the customer based on your edits.

You can set a custom booking cutoff window for different class types and recurring class times on your schedule! Easily set the cutoff for private sessions or a early morning classes so the instructor has advanced notice. You can set the custom cutoff window when creating or editing your classes!

You now can set custom cancellation windows for different class types and recurring class times on your schedule. For example, you might want to set the rules a little differently for your group classes vs private sessions! Or, maybe a 6am class needs a different rule than the 5pm class. A few quick changes can give you a unique cancellation policy that works best for your business 🙌

We have added the ability to customize class sizes on your schedule! You can add/edit class reservation limits for individual classes, recurring classes, and series. With this update, you can now use the same class type for different class sizes across your schedule.

We are now automatically adding a note whenever there is a change in a membership (pause, renewal, cancel, etc.). These notes can still be edited/deleted, but they can help you keep track of any changes made to memberships!

We identified issues with ReCAPTCHA (the “I am not a robot” prompt) where some customers would experience issues logging in. We have replaced it with Cloudflare Turnstile, a product that quickly confirms that users are real people (often without them having to lift a finger!) And if we do need to verify someone, all they have to do is check a box. No more trying to figure out what part of a motorcycle you need to click!

ACH (Automated Clearing House) gives your US-based customers greater flexibility by enabling direct payments from their bank accounts. ACH may be automatically set to ON in your Stripe account, please review our detailed write up here! Otherwise, you may want to turn OFF accepting ACH from within your Stripe account.
