We have added two feature to Child accounts:

1. Children can now be Flagged
2. There is a new field “Information” than will display during Attendance along with Adult’s Health Statuses

When you edit a customer’s pass, now there’s a quick checkbox to add, remove, and edit the expiration date -regardless of the original pass settings!

You can set a membership to limited to 1 purchase per customer. We’ve had this functionality for passes, but now you can make a special membership offer and limit it to one per person!

Customer phone numbers are now formatted with their country and area code. This an important step as we move towards SMS messaging.

Available bulk actions include:

• Adding a substitute teacher
• Canceling classes
• Deleting classes
• Changing the custom filter option (such as location or class level)
• Making classes free

If a customer has a membership that has not started yet, you can apply a discount code to it from the admin side.
When assigning a membership to a customer from their saved credit card, you can now apply a discount code.

To make sure customers understand their pass status, when their pass is expiring soon or running low on credits, the email they receive includes:

• What type of pass it is
• How many visits are left in the pass
• When the pass expires
• The classes attended on the pass (no shows and late cancels are flagged)
• The customer’s other current active passes

Want to make it easier for customers to contact you? You can add a WhatsApp widget to your account, allowing customers to reach out directly via WhatsApp from Punchpass!

You can now sort content within collections in your Content Library! Simply drag and drop your active videos and pdfs to organize them in the order you want them displayed. Click here for more details on organizing your Content Library.

Want to share passes online but you aren’t using our Stripe integration? You can now share your “Purchase a Pass” page and guide customers with custom messaging! This will allow customers to see your passes and membership pricing on Punchpass. Plus, you can add links directing them to your preferred payment provider or explain how to pay in person.
