We’ve made things clearer for you when you look at your current series in your Classes settings: Now you’ll see the start date of a series tacked on to the series name. This is to help you and your admins distinguish between series that may all have similar names.

We’ve moved some of the more important money-based admin settings out of ‘General Settings’ and into their own section. So your business admins will find the settings for taxes, attributed revenue, and the invoice confirmation text in the new section, called ‘Taxes Invoices & Revenue’.

We added a great new “Canceled Reservations” report to display canceled reservation information for each class. So now you can get some insight as to who is canceling & who did the canceling: the customer or a member of your staff. You’ll also see how soon before class the cancellation happened. Note: the report data is available for reservations canceled after July 20, 2022.

Now you can open up your future series for registration sooner than your global booking window settings would normally allow. Just set the ‘Registration Opens’ date for the date booking should begin for the series and you’ll be set!
