Improvement

Series Booking Logic Improved

September 15, 2022


We have improved the decision logic around how the system determines whether a customer may book into a series. Specifically, if a customer has a membership where the current active pass of the membership expires before the end of the series, the system will now allow them to book if the membership is eligible, has enough total overall punches (if it is a punchcard membership), and does not expire before the series ends.

Discounts for Unpaid Tickets Now Allowed

Admins are now able to apply a discount to an unpaid ticket in a customer’s account. If you assign a customer a ticket, it will be ‘unpaid’ by default. Then if you click on the ‘Manage Ticket’ option, you’ll see all discounts that are eligible for use with that ticket & you can choose which one to apply. (NOTE: You may need to check the settings on your discount codes to ensure tickets are eligible.)

The ‘Change Studio’ option is now always available if the client or customer has other places they can log in.

A glitch previously allowed admins to set up appointments as a series of classes. We now prevent that from happening.

Fixed Mobile Issue with Create Account Button

The ‘Create Account’ button was hidden on mobile, for unknown reasons. We have added it back so it will show on the slide-out mobile menu under sign-in.

Content Library: One Video Can Be Attached to Multiple Classes

Here’s a nice improvement to your content library — Now you can attach a single video to multiple classes. So if you want to reuse the same video multiple times, you can do so without uploading it more than once.

Appointments Booking Easier for Your Customers

We’ve made a nice improvement to your public appointment schedule. Now when customers go to book, they can click anywhere on the ‘box’ to proceed with the booking — easy peasy! Previously, the appointments were only clickable if they hit the name of the class/appointment. This works just like the current calendar view works where the whole day is the link.

Now you can customize your pass receipts! Just go to the ‘Taxes, Invoices, & Revenue’ settings page to add your ‘Custom Info to Display on Pass Receipts’.

The language translations for your customers have been refreshed. So now your customers will now see 100% complete translations for Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, French, and German.
