One last improvement for 2022! 🎉 We know how much you rely on series to deepen your connections with clients. So we have introduced a great new feature to make it even easier to collect payment — Series Ticketing! Once you’ve set up the dates for your series, it’s simple to turn on ticketing and enter the price. Then when a customer registers, they are issued a ticket that is valid for all the classes in that particular series. The flexibility you expect is still there — so when those unexpected situations come up, you can handle them (like moving the client to a new series or collecting payment separately). And if you prefer to use the old way of linking passes to your series, that’s still fine too.

Now you can send an email receipt for a ticket, regardless of how it was paid for. It’s found on the ‘Manage Ticket’ page.

We added a couple of new options for those who define pass length in weeks: now passes can be anywhere from 4-26 weeks in length.

We added the “start date” field to the list of series on your setup page in Manage Classes. So now you can sort your series list there more easily.

We’ve added a customer phone number to the memberships report to make it easier to follow up on any issues you notice.

We have made a minor change to prevent anyone from embedding the admin side of the application. The effect should be invisible to clients, but it was made to tighten security.

The Email Message report can be used to view the email history of your business, no matter how much data is in your list.

If a pass was purchased using a gift card, we now show “gift card” within Punchpass (not ‘discount code’). The email confirmation also now highlights that a gift card was used to make the purchase.

The Expired and Full Passes report now has two tabs, so business users can switch between viewing expired or full passes. We’ve also updated the Passes Expiring Soon report to show only active passes (not full ones).
