Improved process for appointments schedule

April 10, 2023


We have improved the process for administrators to add a class to the Appointments schedule. The revised process now has two steps: 1. To enable the appointments schedule, admins must first turn it on in Manage Settings under Public Schedule. Note that this has already been enabled for all existing clients with appointments on their schedule.
2. Next, you can choose to display a course on the appointments schedule (or move it back to the regular schedule using the actions menu for that course).

Easier management of tickets

Admins on your account can now delete assigned tickets that have not been paid for through Stripe. You can also assign an unpaid ticket and manage it by clicking the “Assign a Ticket” button on this modal after taking attendance for a customer. You can manage the ticket through the existing Manage Ticket page.

NEW FEATURE! Allow single reservations for individual series classes

We are excited to announce that individual session reservations are now live for series! This is great for those times when you want to allow your clients to fill up extra spots by making individual reservations in a class that is part of a series. A few extra reservations can help boost the bottom line!

Improved Punchpass subscription billing portal

We have launched a new Stripe billing portal to give you better access to your Punchpass subscription information. Account admins can add a new payment source, which can include methods other than credit cards, such as ACH. You can also view and download your invoices, and update your billing information, including name, billing address, and tax ID. To download recent invoices, simply click through to the Stripe portal.

More convenient scan and pay option

We have improved Paylinks to make payments more convenient. In addition to being able to copy and send Paylinks, there is now a ‘Scan & Pay’ button. This button opens a modal with a QR code that customers can scan to be taken to the Paylink page and complete their payment. This feature is especially useful for in-person payments. You can mark the pass as unpaid, click on it, then click the Scan & Pay button to show the QR code to the customer. With Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled by default, payment can be quick and easy for customers.

Drag & drop to reorder instructor list

Now client admins can reorder their instructors with drag & drop. This will modify how the list of instructors appears on their public site and on any dropdown list on the admin side.

Simpler account creation for your customers

Now when you send an email invitation to a customer to create an account, the system will not require them to confirm their email (since the system knows they clicked on the link they were emailed).

Corrected counts on admin homepage

The counts shown on the homepage widgets within the admin view of Punchpass have been corrected.
