Updated Pass Ending Soon Email

To make sure customers understand their pass status, when their pass is expiring soon or running low on credits, the email they receive includes:

• What type of pass it is
• How many visits are left in the pass
• When the pass expires
• The classes attended on the pass (no shows and late cancels are flagged)
• The customer’s other current active passes
