Reporting Improvements!

The No Show Attendances report now includes revenue for series tickets, when they are used for something else than that series. And the Attendances for Date Range report now includes both no show and late cancel attendances, and we clearly mark them on the report and the csv download. Helpful for determining how late cancels and no shows are affecting your business!
